EASTER!!
Wow, I totally wrote "Eater" first. BUT! I suppose it's totally fitting since you usually eat A LOT of chocolate and other sugary goodness all day on Easter. Oh man! I remember last year when I had SO much candy and chocolate, and I ate it ALL in one sitting, and I was SO sick, but it was SO good. Zell would have been so jealous!
So I'm totally going to the Easter festival and the dinner and I'm going to participate in EVERY SINGLE contest and activity I can find! OH! And I totally dyed eggs yesterday. Even though my desk has spots of random colors - which look so awesome! - speckled here and there, it was so worth it! Residents of Praxilla, look for a surprise on Sunday from your friendly RA! |

I totally need to think of a rad catch phrase if I'm going to be granting wishes for a while. What about 'Zim Zim Zalabim!' or 'Bibbity Bobbity Boo!'? I think either of those would work! Or both together! YES! Both together and then the wish granting. Although I'm not entirely sure I like granting wishes. I've had some SUPER WEIRD wish requests today. Like this one guy came up to me and asked that his dorm room be filled with chocolate pudding when he got back. And I couldn't say no! I couldn't even discourage him from his very DISASTROUS request. Then this other girl wanted blonde hair instead of brown. That should have been an okay request! Except, for some reason it turned the girl's hair blonde along with the girl standing next to her. Apparently they shared the same first name and I don't know? I think I messed up the wish? HEY! I am not a genie or anything like that! I'm not certified or qualified to do this wish thing!
I did run into a really cute little boy today who came into the shop. He was looking at this super cool beach towel with dinosaurs on it. And we got into this super detailed discussion about dinosaurs and monsters and just wickedly awesome stuff in general. He said for his birthday that he wished he could have a pet dinosaur and ... er ... well I couldn't say no! It just happened! But it didn't happen? I don't know. He looked kind of disappointed, but then he had to go. So, er, I hope they didn't walk into their house to find some GIGANTASAUR sitting in their living room.

Soooo, yeah! Totally ended up winning, like, four guys? OH MAN! Man, I'm going to get some sort of weird reputation!
But it was for CHARITY! It was all for a totally awesome cause! PEOPLE NEED HOMES! It's so not cool when all you want to do is curl up in your nice, warm bed and turn around and it's like OH HI NO BED.
So. Not. Cool.
SO even though my savings account will be EMPTY, I DO NOT REGRET any of it! Where am I sending this money anyway? OH! Is it to, like, the mayor or something? OH MAN! I met the mayor of Balamb once. He was kind of ODD. But in that SUPER sweet and roundish sort of way? I guess? ANYWAY! Yeah! I actually met lots of mayors and town owner people when I was enlisted under Balamb's contracting as a SeeD. PRETTY RAD!
Speaking of Balamb!...I really miss everyone! I wonder if they're looking for me or anything, you know? I NEVER even though to look for those cadets and, OH MAN! I hope nothing bad happened to them! AHHH! What a horrible squad leader I am!!! But I'm sure if they haven't turned up now, they're back in Balamb, or they're just a-okay! They're bright kids! I know they're okay wherever they are!
...Unless, of course, they were eaten or something!

IT'S SO WARM!!
This is so WEIRD!
Although I totally got to watch the absolute BEST show in the park today. I noticed that all this snow and ice was dripping and melting, so I went to do some investigating! I took a walk and WHOA! There was this HUGE theatrical number going on in the middle of the park! Some blue guy and some orangey-red guy were totally throwing words back and forth. OH! And there was singing and dancing! I totally got down with that, but I slipped on some of the melting ice and fell into this guy who I knocked into a trash can and, well, he didn't look too happy. But I apologized! Like ten times! So I think it was okay then. Maybe. He didn't say much. Just huffed and kept walking away. RUDE. I could have just not said anything!
ANYWAY!
Super warm! Much warmer than it's been! This means, OH I think this means, SUMMER? IS IT COMING?
I'm totally digging out my bathing suit and borrowing a board from the shop tomorrow! |

COLD!
It is SO cold! And this is coming from the girl who lived in the tundra back home! Usually I LOVE the snow! I love to making snow angels and snowmen, but this is just TOO much! Don't get me wrong! I was stoked for all the snow, but enough is enough? Don't you agree Mr. Weatherpants? I think we need to stop it for a bit! At least so we can have decently running water again. It's been SO difficult attempting to take a shower these past few weeks. I was sort of getting a touch of hot water, but now? NOTHING! Taking cold showers just isn't working for me!
BUT! Oh man! I totally had a snowball fight with someone in my way to classes! I totally kicked the guy's butt and he totally bought me a hot chocolate. Which worked out well since I didn't pick up my wallet before running out of the dorm, so I would have had to make a super quick getaway if he had won!
I also can't believe we're already in the second week of the new year!! Before we know it it'll be February! Where is time going????? CRAZY! But I love it all the same.
Work has been SUPER slow. I guess there's even a limit to how much snow it takes to ski on. Weird, huh? |

Mr. Grinchy Grinch! You are not a nice person! How could you go around and take all the decorations from Whoville? They were just trying to celebrate and enjoy the holidays! I'm glad your heart grew though. That was REALLY cool! I wonder if that's what happened to Edea. I mean I know it was mostly because she was under a spell, but STILL! Could you imagine your heart actually growing three sizes? Wouldn't it completely bust??

BRRR! Oh man it is getting REALLY cold! I mean I think I can withstand EXTREME temperatures since I lived in Trabia which was SUPER cold and -- well I don't think anyone here would know about that since no one's lived in Trabia except for me! Trabia has like HUGE snow drifts and snow-covered mountains and we use to go out and have amazing snow ball battles and it was SUPER awesome!
But you know what is totally NOT super awesome? The horrible outcome of my Thanksgiving party. I am SO incredibly sorry! I really wish I could offer some sort of explanation but I totally can't! All I know is that I absolutely did NOT Have a thing to do with anything that happened! I SWEAR! I would never EVER do that sort of thing to ANYONE. Not even my absolute WORST enemy! That was just terrible!
And THANK YOU to the two girls who were able to fix everyone! That was SO cool! What's even cooler is that they can totally do MAGIC. AWESOME! I know some magic. Well, not super cool stuff like that, but offensive and support magics! That's what we called them. STILL! Pretty cool!
I am SO looking forward to this weekend! They're already setting up and the dance should be WICKED fun! I have this really cute dress and everything! I just need a date

OKAY SO!
HI EVERYONE!
This is probably very last minute, but I was thinking and, thanks to Claire who explained Thanksgiving to me, I totally think we should do a HUGE Thanksgiving dinner thing! Like, everyone in the dorm halls who probably won't have people to go home to -- WE CAN HAVE A DINNER! I mean, it won't be anything hosted. People just bring their own food and stuff. And, we could invite the high school kids who might not have their family here.
YEAH? I think it would be pretty awesome! The dorm hall is HUGE and we could TOTALLY hold it here! Maybe this weekend? On Saturday?
WHO IS WITH ME???
Oh oh! Will it snow soon? I heard it snows a lot here! I haven't seen a lot of snow since the last time I was in Trabia. And we had a lot of snow and I loved running around in it and building stuff. I loved making snow angels and having snow battles! AND FORTS! Lots of snow forts, okay? That's a must!
And, um, is it true that there's some guy in town who's selling TURKEY HUNTS???

So, what exactly is Thanksgiving??? We TOTALLY didn't celebrate this holiday back home. I've never even HEARD of it! I keep seeing all these pictures of turkey and ... stuff! Just lots of stuff! Well, stuff being TONS of food, but ... okay is it a holiday about EATING? Because, okay, THAT would be RAD! There should be holidays for eating ALL the time! I mean, Halloween has TONS of candy - WHICH I still have LOADS of - and now this Thanksgiving has food. This place has AWESOME holidays! I mean, we celebrated the fall of the sorceress during the first and second sorceress wars, which includes lots of music and food, but whoa. That's like once a year!
OH! Are there any trains around here? Like trains that just take you one town over or something and then come back? I LOVE TRAINS! I haven't been on a train in SO long. My favorite train ride, after it was repaired, was the train ride from the Galbadia continent to the Esthar continent. We ALWAYS stopped at FH - Fisherman's Horizon - which is the COOLEST stop ever. Right in the middle of the ocean! Nothing but blue water and clear skies on both sides. The mayor of the city? He lives right in the middle of the city. But his house is kind of sunken down and was built in the middle of this glass or plastic-like dome thing. SO cool. You can see water and everything. I love it! LOVE IT!
Man. I kind of miss home...but I like it here! I DO!
